Jody Billiot of the Pointe-au-Chien Indian Tribe

Jody is a member and Councilman of the Pointe-au-Chien Indian Tribe, a U.S. Army veteran, and an Anthropology student at the University of New Orleans, aiming to become an Archaeologist to identify and protect indigenous sites in Louisiana's Gulf Coast region. His current work focuses on cultural preservation and experimental archaeology to gain a deeper understanding of pre-contact Louisiana.
